Standard Configurations

Deadman switch	There are buttons of emergency stop, ascending, descending and public on the control panel; When ascending or descending, it has to press and hold the corresponding button and "public" button before starting the machine; It can avoid accidents for workers caused by accidentally touching or by wrong operation of single button to start.
AC power on platform	Electric tools can be used directly on the platform.
Outrigger interlock	The machine can lift only after the four outriggers are installed in the right place and forced to the ground.
Outrigger indicators	All four outriggers must be properly installed and landed, and then the four outriggers indicators on the control panel will light up,  accordingly the machine can be powered up and can lift. Resolutely put an end to safety accidents that occur because workers do not operate according to regulations or have a chance to use machine without inserting their outriggers.
Aluminium alloy outriggers	Aluminum alloy plug-in outriggers is adopted, which has large contact area and more stable structure. And the aluminum alloy outriggers are free of maintenance for life.
Easily loading to pickup truck	The equipment can be loaded on the shipping vehicle by one person, it can help reduce loading and unloading costs.
Forklift pocket	All products are designed with standard forklift pocket for easy loading and unloading. The center of gravity of the aluminum alloy machine is unevenly distributed. If there is no forklift pocket, it will have a great probability of tipping over during transportation, which may cause equipment damage and casualties.
Spare wheels of bottom (for single mast aerial work platform)	There are 2 small wheels at the rear of the bottom (at a slightly higher position behind the big wheels), the machine is supported by the central big wheels as the center of gravity. When encountering a small slope, it just needs to slightly tilt the machine, so that it can be carried freely.
Sync device	The sync device can ensure that in the process of ascending or descending, each mast can ascend or descend synchronously under the condition of slight obstruction inside the masts.
Signal cable	High flexibility drag chain cable, bending life: 50 times/min, > 5 million times, anti-shallow water, anti-oil, anti-ultraviolet, weather-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, and able to bear heavy mechanical external force.
Guide devices between masts (sliders and guide wheels)	Self-lubricating polymer sliders and imported nylon wheels are adopted between the masts, which are free of lubrication and can avoid the instability of equipmentthe resulted by internal material wear of aluminum alloy after long-term using.
Explosion-proof valves	It can revent the machine from falling down due to oil pipe bursting.
Seals	NOK seals; sealing effect is excellent and durability.
Masts	The width of the masts determines the shaking degree of the machine after it rises, and we adopts 200mm high-strength aluminum alloy ultra-wide masts, which can ensure less shaking.
